Context
Delivery Hero's legal function needed to scale operations across a complex, multi-market organization while safely adopting Generative AI tools and maintaining robust privacy compliance across GDPR, DSGVO and emerging frameworks including DORA and MiCAR.
Approach
Drove adoption of Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT and ReviewAI for contract review, research and drafting. Designed AI enablement playbooks and 'AI Literacy' workshops for legal, procurement and commercial teams. Supported privacy operations including DPIAs, LIAs and risk reviews. Implemented DocuSign CLM, Onit, Smartsheet, TrustArc and OneTrust. Built legal intake systems via Jira, Slack and custom Legal Front Door portals. Conducted BPMN process mapping and standardized workflows with KPI dashboards for leadership.
